Just a bit of unfinished business.

The new bath door was originally the front door to my Grandparents home that was re-purposed.  The clear glass was to get some treatment when Pat found what she wanted.

She found this glass treatment that she really liked.

The theme is Magnolias.

Lynn,
I really like the door! I called Nancy to look, and she said that Pat has excellent taste in dcor. I asked why, and she told me to go look in the kitchen, and front bath. It's only been four years, but I remember why I love that door.

She put the same pattern in the valance over the sink, and the glass doors in the vanity cabinets in the front bath!!    I can't wait to see them in person.  Good job!     Andy

Thank You.  Many times I have needed a picture to answer a question and end up reading for an hour.  My hope is that my sharing the build here will inspire someone else to tackle a similar project.

Really inspiring build. It's more motivation for a cabin project I'm planning at my Lookout Point. (top of the hill with an AMAZING view). In the process of cutting a road up to it. I guess I'll begin a thread and start posting!

Thanks for the thread and motivation to keep moving.

Lynn,
I just finished reading your thread.  It is inspiring to me.  I plan on building a log home and I am waiting patiently for my LT40 diesel.

Hopefully you gleaned some ideas, but anyway it shows what you can do with rough sawn lumber.  Congrats on ordering a new LT40.

I am proud to inspire you enough for you to finally make your first, now don't be a stranger.  :)
