No, you were almost there.

But you can still make it work.  That second icon on the left, over the smilies is an image icon.  If you were to highlight that link and then click the image icon, it would banner it with the bulletin board image icon instruction and make it load the picture into the post.  Then it would look like I made it look.


Your effort only had a bulletin board image icon on the end of it.  The trailing icon always has a / in it.

When you load the picture onto your gallery and then click on the picture to look at it, below it you will find the link that will put it into your open post window.  That's the best way to do it and it's all done at once.
