I have seen proof lately that our local gas stations dilute their washer fluid in the window cleaner by the gas pump as most have a blue window washer popsickle laying by the gas pump now.

Meanwhile in Oregon, on the east side of the Cascades, we are having a heat wave, got up to 42F here today.  Ice was melting and making mud, and I was out there in my mick boots sloshing around in shirt sleeves. Shouldn't be no stinking mud in January!

Was 20 here and hope it gets above freezing today. Got the wood stove cooking and trying to build more cabinets in my guest house. Glue is not drying. :(

The ONLY good thing about this cold is that it's too cold for even the outlaw, heater huntin, shootin from the road in my pickup outfitted with thrush muffler crowd to venture out from the cul-de-sac, thank goodness for small miracles.

Glue is not drying. :(
Paul, do not even try gluing when the temp is below freezing.  The glue will freeze and turn to powder.

Using Gorilla Glue original. Had to break ice just to wet a rag. ;D Working temp is 40F and above. Had the temp about 60F in the house. Wood stove was doing real good, I could of easy getting it above 70F with it. ;D The glue, it's just taking a lot longer to cure. :( Just got to finish one more and I will be done with the top cabinets. Then I will start the bottom ones. These cabinets are very heavy. Heck, a 32"x36x13"" weights easy 80lbs+. :o That is without doors. :o

OK, scratch what I said because I was referring to carpenter's (white/yellow) glue.

No problem Lynn. Knew that of old regular glue. ;D Using what I am using now cleans up so nice once it dries compared to regular old wood glue which kind of leaves a lite stain that one doesn't see till one finishes the project even after passing a damper rag. Another thing, it is 100X stronger then water base wood glue.
