Did your female welders leave?  Or did you add capacity.  I told one guy I knew about your opening, but he was occupied on another job.

We lost our female welders a few years ago. 

One is married with kids now and the other teaches welding at the college.

Now all our welders are male.

Still have two females on the floor doing production work.
