Council Tool Wood-Craft Pack Axe
« on: December 02, 2017, 12:27:42 AM »
The Council Tool Pack Axe is the first of the premium grade axes from the new Wood-Craft line.

Designed as a packable axe for light forest work, it has many qualities that make it a well-rounded multi-use tool.

Specs:

2 lbs. Head of 5160 alloy tool steel

25 deg. double-bevel flat grind

Phantom bevels to help with head release.

Hardened poll

Crisp 90 deg. spine for scraping tinder or striking a ferro-rod to start fires

Bearded blade for comfort and better control while shaving

Two handle length options of 19" or 24"

Comes standard with a leather mask or full sheath as an add-on

Shoulder strap sling is also an optional accessory.

The Pack Axe excels in shaving, carving, limbing, chopping, felling, bucking, light splitting, driving spikes/ stakes, and starting fires in a pinch.

I use mine for limbing, splitting, and even timber-framing !!

Not sure if it's a problem on my end, or in your post, but none of the links do anything when I click them. They do work if I copy and paste them into the navigation bar of my browser.

(EDIT): I just tried a bunch of links from other posts in this forum and had the same problem, so I'm guessing it's not an issue just with your post.

I can't see any problems with the links. Magicman said he had an issue and they all work for me.  Did you guys have a browser update or something?
