muffler mods on a MS362cm?

Anyone here had experience MM ing a Stihl ms362cm?
I'm interested in trying to get a little more power out of mine,and this might help,but I'm not sure how this affects the tuning on these m-tronics

Have felt no need to mm my 362. If it slows up, then I sharpen the chain.  ;)

Mtronic will compensate just fine for a muffler mod.

I did a muffler mod on my Jonsered 2260 (autotune carb) it runs great.

Be aware it will void your warranty if you still have it.

i made the outlet a little bigger. didnt take the muffler off. i do think it helped some .talking to the dealer today he says changing the air filter over to the new round style makes a difference he didnt have all the parts needed but will in a couple days. i asked about the new 261   362 he says it should be out in the spring

be interested in a part number of the new filter,my saw is about a year old,and i wonder if the new filter is different to the one in it

the new filter is round you need that the bracket and a couple small parts. mine have not come in yet
