I have an eclassic 2400, bought in 2012.  It started leaking at the end of last year's season.  The leak is from corrosion behind the rear air holes. There is no way to clean out behind the rear plate. The dealer came and cut a hole with a grinder and found the spot.  He is going to get back to me on a price for a retro fit removable panel system for the front and rear. Anyone have any advice or experience with this? The warranty isn't covering much at all.

There have been several threads on here and another forum about retrofitting with removable panels. So I'm sure it can be done.
But, I'd really scrape and beat on the tank to make sure it's solid. If it rusted through it may be thin several places.
Hope you get it running!
