I was born there, and all my family all had wooden shoes too. Mine are still around here somewhere . . .
My WoodMizer is a bit more portable than that windmill setup.
But makes more noise.  :D
Marcel - didn't the French sawyers also use windmills for lumber milling?
A "Moulin Rouge" for wood, in France or Quebec?

A few decades ago I had the opportunity to travel to the village in Holland where my mom grew up.  They had just rebuilt the sawmill/flour mill (was struck by lightning in the 70s).  Interesting to climb inside one of those things.  Brings back memories.   :)
