Spray Paint for damaged trees

What is the Gray Paint called for damaged trees? You know, when you hit a saved tree. where can it be bought?

There is no product to help seal a damaged tree. This has been proven by shigo. Is that what your talking about?  Clean the edges witha knife and rub dirt on it.

yep, i'v herd of this and seen it done. the guy who did it shaped the damage like a V top and bottom.

Some one made a lot of money from that black tree wound stuff! In a yard tree I saw some one nailed flashing over a 12" branch that was cut off. It looked really cool like the center of the tree was shinny.
