Problems with hotmail and cell pics.

Hotmail had some issues a few weeks ago that have been resolved but now it will not let me view any cell pics. I've sent to my account.  It will show up as normal in my mail folder as my cell # plus @mms.att.com, like always but when I go to open it nada.  Any idears, I looked in the help  : section and can't find anything that addresses that issue.
