I got some free hemlock logs a few weeks ago. This was the first hemlock that  I had acquired since owning my mill. I am sawing them into 6x6 beams for a timber frame barn project.  They sawed out pretty nicely and have no ring shake!

Love the draw knife.  I want one.

I like the draw knife also
I look for ones at what not stores and tool sales
Old ones have some better steel
Lt 40 wide with 38hp gas and command controls , F350 4x4 dump and lot of contracting tools
