Anyone have a receipe for home canning salsa verde? Fresh tomatillos are impossible to get around here but did find some gallon cans of them for $2.99. Love it and have a good salsa receipe but would like to try some salsa verde.
Give me a new saw chain and I can find you a rock in a heartbeat.

We grew a bunch of tomatillos this year. Those critters really put the fruit on!!

We planted some tomatillos in our greenhouse 7 years ago.  A few were left on the ground and I tilled them in.  Bottom line is that we have had tomatillos every year since without planting a seed.  In fact, we have to pull a bunch of volunteer plants every year!

You mean to make chile verde with pork?  I don't know if there's a difference between a canning and a non-canning version, but I've used this one in the past and it's really good:
