White Oak is down a little for me this season $3.50 a board foot is the best I can get. Walnut has been averaging seven dollars but I did sell one for ten dollars a board foot. Sure helps the bottom line it's been a tuff year for use. Seems to be a fine profit line when you bid jobs anymore.
