How do you find time to get on the Forestry Forum?
Now that I have my new mill where does the time go?
After working a full time job all week, when I get home all I want to do is play with the mill. I have been exploring every square inch of the mill in my spare time when I am not cutting wood or reading the manuals. :P It's like going back to school. It sure is fun! smiley_hollywood_cool
I let the grass go an extra few days now I must mow today. I would rather play on the mill!
Maybe one day I can get caught up on the Forum again. pc_smiley

hey magnum, glad you were able to find some time, just early in the morning or lunch time or evening, for me, I am just starting to mine the riches of all the topics.  I had no idea of how much stuff is available to learn. Lots of good info in just about aspect of timber,  catch up with you later, headed out to weed eat.
only have a few chain saws I'm not suppose to use, but will at times, one dog Dolly, pretty good dog, just not sure what for yet,  working on getting the gardening back in order, and kinda thinking on maybe a small bbq bizz,  thinking about it,

10 -15 minutes right before bed is how I catch up on the FF topics and threads. Also, the FF mobile is helpful because sometimes I don't always have a newspaper to bring with me...  ;)
There are no problems; only solutions we haven't found yet.

I would advise that no one get a smart phone or else you will check FF anytime.  I am glad I'm not addicted to FF like poston and okra :D

For a year now I've had a smart phone and some 6 months ago we installed a Wi-Fi repeater unit so we can get internet some 300 yards from the house.   So I can check the Forum any idle time I have.   If I'm making a long cut,  I can pull the phone and fire up the Forum and put the phone on the Accuset box, drag back the board, drop to make the next cut, check to see what's happened.  Turn off the phone and put it back into my bib pocket.

I don't often have or take time to reply until noon break or after we stop for the day.

I find the smart phone faster than the PC and now use it far more than the PC.

I have no smart phone, just a PC and a PCM.
When I was at Magicman's house, I was talking to him about our mutual addiction. I work with addicts on Friday nights, and I can tell you right now, that myself, POSTON, and Magicman all show the classic signs of addiction.

On call this weekend. smiley_furious3
Grass is finished also.
I did make a stop at the mill before coming in the house.  smiley_blue_bounce
I have a smart phone and I do look on the Forum when I can at work. If I didn't have to drive a lot, I would look at it a lot more. Smart phone are nice but the screen is small. I have to wear the readers to see anything anymore. I don't need glasses except for reading and working on things up close. It sucks getting old! smiley_thumbsdown

I haven't been posting much, mainly because no sooner did I buy my mill than I had to head back to the frozen wasteland to work.

Haven't laid eyes on my new mill for 6 Weeks... probably be another month before sawdust flies at my house :(

I am reading the forum every night though 8)

He only said he was an addict, he didn't say he has the PCM. Maybe we should launch a PCM contest on here.
