Found my problem...did the screwdriver test like Bushmechanic said...center injector is dead. Are these hard to change? Any thing I should know or anything to watch out for?

You will need to set the timing and rack.
Belsaw 36/18 duplex mill.

To start with have you checked the compression? if ok change one injector, change them all, you will need a injector timming guage for that corrisponding injector and will need to re-adjust the valves and then set the fuel rack. Detroits are simple but can be a pain, my advice to you would be have someone with Detroit expierience help you

Is this what was causing air in your return line?
