I have a number of 8 by 8 red pine beams that are 20 foot 6 in long. I would like to see if someone could help me identify a fair price. They are rough cut and air dried. Thank you Dan

Welcome to the forum Dan.  The price really depends on the market your in. I am in South East Ohio, not a big soft wood market.  Your timber would be 107 bf and if sound I could get about .70 per bf    or   $ 74.90 per beam.   The price really varies from one market to another.
