Power Sawhead (Up/down only) option Norwood HD36

Has anyone purchased the Power Sawhead (Up/down only) option from Norwood, I currently have the HD36 and am consider adding some hydraulics and the Power Sawhead,

I would like to know what you get and how the control unit looks. Also wondering if there is a brake in the motor or does it simply rely on the same braking mechanism as the hand crank option.

I visited the Norwood factory warehouse in Ontario this week and they had the fully decked out mill on display. The gentlemen I was talking to was not positive what the Power head only option would include for a control box. The motor on the display unit only had two wires, so I'm assuming no electric brake.. 

I should add I was impressed with show room and being able to see the hydraulics hardware and a lot of the other options Norwood sells, up close. I spoke with a couple of different reps on several topics and hopefully came away with a little more knowledge then I had when I entered the building. Great bunch of people work there.
