Spool Winder for Kite string is correct. ;D

Outhouse.............No.  :D

Hint: I had to mark the string by tying orange ribbons intermittently so no one got clothes lined or Choked:)

Jeff

Now I wish I had thought of taking a picture of what the end of the line was attached to for later. :D

The line was passed through washers that were strategically placed (hammered) in trees at the six foot mark and also at ground stakes a couple feet high towards the other end and used to fish the line about 400 feet away. ;D

(I took the washers outta the trees before we left) :D

pigman

It is a line to find the outhouse during the June snow storms. Your outhouse sure is a long way from the house. ;D
Things turn out best for people who make the best of how things turn out.

Sprucegum

If'n I hadda go 400 feet to the outhouse I'd say "Ah heck" 'bout 3/4 o' the way and come back  ::)

Is squirrel flingin' involved  in any way?

Mooseherder

Pigman,  :D
Spucegum,  No squirrels involved.

Hint:
I'll pull on the string after making Coffee with the Mr. Coffee, Coffee Maker. ;D
AND
Right before falling asleep.  :D

No, but it could be. :D
I think I'll ask him to go set it up again.
This is too DanG funny.

Bow Saw

Sorry but we are 10 miles away,
so it wasn't Bowsaw's big toe. You Guys,
think about French ingenuity.   ;)

MH, in the hint, wouldn't you have to pull on the string prior to turning on the Mr. Coffee?

Mrs. BowSaw

Sis,  No, I don't pull on it before.  It requires me to drive to the end of the line on my ATV before I turn on Mr. Coffee. ;D

Getting Warmer Ellmoe. ;)

WildDog

Opening/closeing flue on wood heater, wouldn't work on mine, the handle would burn the string.

Jeff got it   :D

When I pull the string it pulls on the choke lever and shuts down the generator. ;D
I'll post a video on my next visit of the set up. ;D

2 times last week an animal walked by around 3am in the morning (probably a Moose)and that kite winder went flying against the wall.  It broke the second time and I had to splice 30 lb. test fishing line.

Mooseherder

Update: ;D
This is the line outside the window.  The ribbons to warn of chokeline.  No pun intended. ;)

Then fish the line thru washer guides.   Taken out when done. :)

And at the end of the line.
