I just noticed that Echo has a new model on their International website,

The CS-4310SX chainsaw. 42.9cc and 3.1hp and low weight (dry weight : 4.3 kilo = 9.48 lbs).

Not sure when or if it is launched in U.S though....?

It looks like a competitor to the Husqvarna 543XP for instance.

The vibration-numbers are impressive. Vibration Front handle/Rear handle (m/s²) 3.3 / 3.1

I can't find it on the US site and my dealer can't get it. They have a new 49 cc one that looks similar I am thinking about that's a little lighter then my CS-590 for firewood. Love my Echo saws and whackers.

Hudson HFE-21 on a custom trailer, Deere 4100, Kubota BX 2360, Echo CS590 & CS310, home built wood splitter, home built log arch, a logrite cant hook and a bread machine. And a Kubota Sidekick with a Defective Subaru motor.
