Made some flounder fillets with shrimp, crab, and mushroom cream sauce en papillote for dinner tonight. Also had crab legs, grilled veggies, and a grilled apricot. A decadent feast.

Last weekend I cooked some flounder.  Your recipe looks and sounds far better.

Fancy for sure!  it smells real good too ;D
only have a few chain saws I'm not suppose to use, but will at times, one dog Dolly, pretty good dog, just not sure what for yet,  working on getting the gardening back in order, and kinda thinking on maybe a small bbq bizz,  thinking about it,

Unfortunately I had to use frozen fillets. Flounder is not my first choice for this dish, but not much fresh seafood available around here. I prefer redfish or snapper for this If I can get it.

Here on Florida's Gulf coast we have a plethora [old saying] and abundance of fresh seafood. Unfortunately my GF does not like seafood. Fortunately I don't mind her eating a salad or chicken dish while I gorge myself on seafood. I'm flexible  that way. :D ;)
