I need some information on a "Beech Shaper"

I have located a older 5 H.P. Beech Shaper with 30x40 table. I have looked and can't find any information on this unit. I have not seen it yet to get any numbers. The man is asking $600.00 for the shaper and $600.00 for a 10 hp 3 phase converter. Is this a good price?  Any help would be great!

Not an outstanding price these days. Have you looked on OWWM website for info? Is it USA made?

It is a "Beach Shaper" not Beech.
What would be a fair price?

In todays market I would not go over $250 and then only if I needed it. I picked up a beautiful Whitney double spindle with a very large frequency changer all in excellent condition for $150.
