How to adjust clutch on hercules winch

Winch dose not pull as hard as it used to, anyone know how to adjust the clutch or have any ideas?

That winch is a hydraulic apply to pull,you better check to see if your hydraulic cylinder is not leaking on the bands.You can also get a gauge and check your pressure to see if everything is ok.
