 Oregon LPX chain I've been using has a handy witness mark on the cutters to sight by when filing.Why would they not put one on the semi chisel BPX chain ?

Identification mark should be on all chain. Additional cost would be almost nil. Its such a simple idea

Those marks showed me I'm not as good as I thought !  Wish all chains had them.

Sent an email to Oregon.Got a note saying customer service would reply next business day.Sounds like they care about customer relations.

Can't help you out because any semi chisel I have is older than dirt,don't use it .
