Weird little fuzz bug

The first time I saw one of these was two years ago. Sprucebunny found one at the pigroast.  The second time was today.  It's only a little over an eighth of an inch long. I took probably 75 photos in order to get 3 clear ones.  Anyone have a clue what he is?

I tried putting it on my wrist for a photo. IT BIT ME! Or stung me, I aint sure which. So back on the sheet of paper it went.

Looks like an earwig having a bad hair wig day. :D

Pigman's daughter got that PHD just to keep up with the old man's vast knowledge.  ;D ;D ;D

But seems one of Jeff's pics clearly shows the earwig-like pincers, which leads me to think an earwig nymph (because of size and color).  But can't find anything that explains the fuzz on its back.

Another possibility is some kind of pseudoscorpion (5 mm long). Is the body flat and rounded. They have a claw like forelimb (pedipalp). They are common under bark and debris, but have 8 legs like spiders. What beenthere is talking about on an earwig are cerci and are on the rear end, not the front.

Another glance does make me believe it is some kind of insect nymph.
