I'm tired

I'm tired of all the trees dying around here. First, the Pin Oak. Then the Spruce. Now it looks like EWB is killing a huge Ash (~40" DBH) in my front yard. Wish this would end but the extremes in weather are giving my trees a hard time with invasive pest. I'm going to try some biocide on the Ash next spring. I hope to save it. It holds my grandsons' swing. And it's big and beautiful. Has anybody tried anything like imidaclloprid or dinotefuran?
