White Trash Cooking is a cook book and also has a II book. Both are great reference cook books with a lot of southern Depression era cooking. I use many of them every month.

there used to be a White Trash Cafe in Nashville, wonder if they are connected?  Food was solid down home country cooking.

I have a cook book named trailer park food.
The First 70 years of childhood is always the hardest.
My advice on aging gracefully... ride fast bikes and date faster women, drink good tequila, practice your draw daily, be honest and fair in your dealings, but suffer not fools. Eat a hearty breakfast, and remember, ALL politicians are crooks.
