quick and dirty kitchen table and benches

i have been going to get around to building a kitchen table for well over a year and hadnt even started it until i got a phone call from my daughter friday night and said she was coming home from college to visit sunday and for lunch after church 8) AND she was bring 3 friends from school + her boyfriend  :o they wanted deer roast which was no problem but ... no table been eating in my recliner for long enough for it to feel normal but with that many guests i had to do something so

  

 
about 5 hours later here it is :)  sorta rough but it held up lunch ;D  one of these days im gonna take time and build something nice just to show you guys i can as everything i have shown so far was quicky projects  :D :D :D i just never have time or to lazy i cant tell which ::)

wdh ambrosia maple is my favorite wood far as how it looks  :) i still have 500-600 bdft on sticks that has alot more staining in it than the top does but i had to use what i had dry enough to work with :) and as a bonus i can buy all i want(or can afford :-\ ) cheap because at these big mills it is just pallet stock they wont even buy maple ties now so i can get it real cheap  :) when i see them start sawing mixed wood i will go watch till they saw a maple with it in it and show the guys stacking what i want and they stack it out for me ;)

I could've worked all week and not got it to look that good. If you did that in 5 hours, you got skill!

You need to work on your marketing a little. That is a farmhouse style table, not a quick and dirty one.
