That seems to be a favorite.  Its one of mine.   Glad you like it. We sent between 70 and 80 jars of jams and jelly home via forum members at the pig roast.  I hope they all liked it.

We're going to be making blackberry jelly soon.  The crop was a good one here and I'll be making the juice some time this week, and the jelly will follow soon. You're missing your calling Jeff. We've been canning stuff the last few days ourselves. Yesterday it was peaches, the day before peach jam and the day before that Charlie's salsa. Gotta stock up the shelves for winter.
