We ran out of frezzer room two days ago so I had to thaw a turkey I killed this spring in Indiana and spent this morning slow cooking everything but the breast down for soup this coming winter. The breast I cut in strips salted and peppered then rolled them in flour and deep fried them. Left them cool then suck vacked them and froze them back up. They make great lunches or a after dinner snack.
