The kettles are out and the bells are ringing.  My commitment is to never pass a "Ringer" without dropping something in the kettle and also thanking them for ringing.  Yesterday the Ringer's 4 year old Great Granddaughter had the bell and I also let her drop my $$ into the slot.

I never pass a kettle with out putting some thing in it depending on where I am might 3 or 4 kettles a day

if you find your self in a deep hole stop digging
saw logs all day what do you get lots of lumber and a day older

Either I don't get out enough or we're kinda slow out here, haven't seen the ringers yet.  But YES, always, always give them something.

I saw my first ringer today at Bass Pro Shop. My thought is if they can stand out in the cold, the least I can do is pull out my wallet.
