Joist tenons

Just curious. Since there was a post on joist tenons.
For those of you with experience in cutting and raising..........Which tenon do you prefer for joists and why?

For me, I've used drop in joists, tie joists, and a joist tenon with a diminished haunch.  I doubt I would use the latter one again since it was more of a pain to cut both the mortise and tenon.
