Just bought a 380TJ the machine is in nice shape not all banged up except for the front grill ( it looks like they used it for a bulldozer)I can straighten that but behind and below is the real damage. It's looks like they slammed the skid plate below the raditor on a boulder and bent it upward about 2". That pushed one side of the raditor up. It wasn't leaking but the bottom foot of it was burried in dirt and debris I took it out and sent it to a raditor shop to have it cleaned and checked. They called me back and said the main frame was broke and it was not repairable and a new one is 2600.00 :o :o >:( Does anyone know of any place that dismantles these machins for parts? It's my understanding that the 380 and 450 share the same frame with a bigger moter in the 450. I'm hoping to be able to find a used one out there some place. I'm sure that this size raditor also has been used in other machines.

I know this is a little far, but Rocan Paul Equipment in northern New Brunswick has many timberjack parts. The phone number (506) 826-3289.

You may want to try these guys too http://timberjackskidders.com/.

from what I remember of the 380's they had a 1/4 " steel frame around the core
it shouldn't be to much trouble to take the old one for a template and make a new frame and then buy a new core for it.
ether that or give eddy Nash equipment in New Hampshire a call I know he has some. but then it might be cheaper to buy new.

nash equip.
