I'm thinking about getting another Dolmar.

How does the 7900 compare to the 9010

They dont compare  :D

The 9010 is a heavy touquemonster - may be good for milling or running a really big bar.

But the 7900 is really light for it's engine size, and doesn't give up much power to the 9010.

9010  4.9kw & 8.2kg
7900   4.6kw & 6.3kg

Carrying 2 kg more saw for that small an increase in power.... not for this guy  ;)

Anyway thats why almost eveyone raves about the 7900, the 9010 is just another big saw.

The 9010 is nothing you'ld want to carry around to long. 7900 is one of the better stock saws you can buy, wish I had one.    Steve
