360 D Timberjack / John Deer

Grapple question the grapple pins are tight the arms don't seem to be kinked but when the arms are in time they hit each other by a 1 inch instead of passing one and other  ??? . Out of time there pass one and other, anybody have any ideas ? It looks like a John Deer grapple to me and has hardened tooth on the ends of the grapple. Thanks Bill
