Knight sawmill hub

I am working on a 1985 Knight sawmill and the hub and dowel pins are all wobbled out. Will the hub be keyed to the shaft, tapered or pressed on. Should the dowel pins be the same size as the holes in the blade and is that a standard size. Or is it possible to order a new hub from somewhere. Thanks for any help as I am new to this forum and new to sawmills, but we have this one at Farming of Yesterday in Keister MN and we need to have it sawing by sept.

The 'hub' [fast collar] gets heat shrunk on the shaft and turned and tapered by an experienced sawmill machinist. As simple as a sawmill mandrel looks it is the heart of the mill. If this is not done correctly nothing will ever work right. I learned this the hard way.
