Cutting trailor decking for local mechanic 28in x 14ft oak was too much for the
harbor freight winch on my lt30 manual to load.  Also brought a small skidloader to handle the 2x12x14 boards.  Gave him a big discount for the help.

Looks like you got it under control.  

28 x 14' oak would be almost at the weight limit on my hydraulic mill.
