Here are some pics of my timber frame from last year for stocking lumber, Roughly 14 ft wide 12 ft deep and 14 ft to the top of the front sill

That is nice job FeltzE , I hope you show more pics of this woodshed project. Have you ever had any trouble with green logs after sawing and letting the sun hit them and causing twisting or how do you prevent that from happening? thanks

No problems with drying or twisting,  on the beams a couple of radial cracks but nothing structural.

Wood will shrink around the rings more than across the grain, Wide boards rift sawn can shrink as much as 5% from 100%mc to fully dry so typical air dry to 13%  will be slightly less. But it is very noticable if you put up your siding wet and let it dry on the building. The wider the boards the greater the shrinkage you will note. If you are doing board and batten it should be no problem if you are doing lap siding keep shrinkage in mind and provide enough lap. Wood shrinks less than 1% along the length so length issues are not  a real problem.
