           My outer sawhead is 3/16 '' higher than the other,can't seem to get it any closer .what am I doing wrong :P

We usually talk about the blade being higher on the outside of the mill. (Idle side) So the Idle side of the blade should be 1/16 higher than the drive side. To adjust you need to remove the roller guides ( drive side and idle side then check) Then reinstall the roller guides and adjust the deflection 1/4" from the previous measurement. If you dont do it in the correct procedure you may be adjusting the wrong adjustment. You also should use the blade alignment tool at each adjustment. The blade may be tilted and give you an inaccurate adjustment.
