i loaded them on the ute this arvo to take to the mill in morn still not quite sure how im gunna cut them.

maybe 16" length, and tell him his fire wood is ready :D

His problem is defining what a "log" is.   :D :D

I had a similar instance with a guy and ERC logs.  He drove 65 miles, and I saw no trailer.  About 6 "logs" in the back of his truck.  When I finished, he said "how much".  I said "nothing, that was not enough to charge".  He gave me a $60 tip.   :)   I got something for sawing nothing.

problem is these will probly take longer to mill than the logs he described on the phone.

You are exactly right about that.  There is no way to clamp and stabilize stuff like that.  It makes for a dangerous situation.

That is about like the guy with the 13 hp tractor that had a couple of logs that fit inside the little bucket that came driving up to where I had the mill set up. He asked if they were to short. I told him they sure were but stuck them on the mill and clamped them up along with some tailings, squared them up and cut them to the size that he wanted.
I got a friend that is a bowl turner. You just never know what he will pull out of his van. :o

You could always take a hatchet and put a point on them logs and use them for planting tomatoes...
