30's here today, we were well on our way towards a good freeze up, but the last few days reversed all of that and now we're fighting mud👎 I can't say I mind the weather though😊

I think it usually takes about 9-10 days for your weather to make it down to MN.

59 here in Ontario. Got sucked in to run a grain buggy today, hate it, especially since I suffer from  arthritis in my neck combined with poor vision in the dark. Well everything went well and after a few beverages they think they have a guy again for next year.  Don't think so, I am gonna run or hide or be sick. :D :D   Awesome day weatherwiise for end of November.
Make sure you know how to fall properly when you fall and as to not hurt anyone around you.
Also remember, it's not the fall what hurts, its the sudden stop. !!

Tee shirts here this afternoon. Bad for firewood sales but good for productivity.

I actually had frost on the windshield this morning, no hurry to go out so the sun will take care of it. The weather guru says this is the pattern for the next week, my fault for putting new tires on the truck. ;D

That's what I'm afraid of. 😂  we are still finishing up dirtwork jobs and getting a few more septic systems in for the yr.

Unbelievable. Upper 60's for the past four days. Following a wet early fall, the ground is now dry dry dry. Like Barge, I'm getting a lot of ground jobs done around home that I had given up on until next summer. 8) Bad thing is that I haven't done the first equipment repair job yet.  ::)

Right, making hay while sun shines so to speak.  Wonder how long it is going to stay bone dry.  Wish it had been wetter so my dry ridge hardwood would have had more market.  Oh well.

On the other hand we are cutting walnuts in wet bottoms in december...amazing.  Even with swamp tires on the skidder and dry dry dry these bottoms are a bit damp.  No way we could do this in a normal year.  We'd have been winching and winching.
