has anyone ever tried/made cheese cake with cottage cheese I was told it was real good  :-\ :-\ :-\ :-\ :-\ :-\ :-\ :-\ :-\ :-\ :-\ :-\ :-\ :-\ :-\ :-\ :-\ :-\ :-\ :-\ don't get wrong I like cottage cheese  BUT :)

Different. I can eat a small piece as long as it is home made, normally far too rich and sweet for my liking.

Yes, I've made it with cottage cheese but don't have a recipe at hand. It comes out just like normal because you beat it. The cottage cheese ends up the texture of ricotta.
When you make your own cheese cake, you can put in less sugar if you want.
