First try at making tomato sauce

On the stove now and nearly done. Used about 5lbs of toms from a garden a friend and I are growing. Trying to keep it simple. Onion sauteed in olive oil, then added garlic and peeled - seeded toms, seasoned with sea salt, black pepper and dried basil. So far so good, tastes great. Just a little more time on the stove to get rid of the excess water. A little more than a quart this time. Wanted to make sure it turned out ok before I try making a big batch.
