Im wanting to build a solar kiln an was wondering if i could use tin to line the outside an inside walls instead of using wood?   Does it matter at all?  I have some used tin id like to use it up.  Any answers would be appreciated

Does not matter at all.  Just use lots of butyl rubber latex caulk on all joints between sheets, corners, floor, etc.  Of course, the high humidity and acidic environment would be tough on most tin panels on the inside walls.
