Hi, never worked in MD I'm wondering if there are any particular issues I should be aware of as I look to help a client manage his properties which extend across the bay into MD.  We've focused on the VA properties so far but MD should be addressed this spring.  I've found huge differences in working from WV to VA for instance (WV is problematic from a compliance point of view, what a difficult state in which to work- I would have to be desperate to do more forestry work there- I'm not desperate).   Just wanted to head off any surprises.

Can't say about the timber side but as a State, Maryland hates trucks, so I would look very closely at transport logistics.
