There is some help in the "Help" menu at the top left of the page.

There is a blue link to "posting help" a couple of paragraphs down. The page it takes you to has some examples of what you get if you click on an icon.

The Table one shows how to format the rows and columns.

Replace the }'s with ]'s and give it a spin

Notice how each cell of data (TD's) is nested within the Row (TR's).
You can stick as many cells in a row as you need, or can read.
