I have 100 acres in South East Texas that is currently mostly pine plantation.  I would like to take ~50 acres of that and clear 5 acres for house and barn and thin the rest far enough to grow grass in between the tree for cattle. 

Can anyone recommend someone who could help me with this as well as develop a plan for the rest?  THe property was last cruised in 2008 and most trees were 6-8" at that time.
