Title: missing thread?
Post by: bartman on December 11, 2014, 04:58:19 PM
yesterday I posted a thread "any classic car people" with a picture of my scout on the first post. I noticed at my break at work last night on my phone that there were a few replies and I quoted them and answered. got home today and its gone. Now I sit here and wonder if I could have possibly said anything to upset someone. I'm almost sure I didn't. If so I apologize, I was just trying to see how many share the hobby as I do. I hope I didn't offend anyone.

One of the mods has tacked your thread on to the end of a recent one on the same topic.
You aren't in the dog box or anything, just your post got moved about for housekeeping reasons.
Carry on

A tip for finding your posts. If you go to your profile, there is a link in there called "show posts". Its a lot easier finding your posts that way. :)

And Postonlt40LD, you of all people know that if a post evaporates, and that is rare, there is a good reason why.

Does that only work for finding your own posts or can you do that with other people as well? I know there are times I want to look for posts by someone else and cannot remember the name of the post, but do remember who started it.
