Well howdy folks! I'm fairly new to all of this.. I've been reading and trying to learn, but I guess I've gotten information overload. "Paralysis by analysis", if you will.

Can anyone recommend any good books for a beginner? More specifically about drying and solar kilns, but books about milling and things would be greatly appreciated as well. Bear in mind, layman's terms and explanations would be appreciated as well.

Apologies if there's already been a thread like this, I just thought it might be nice to have a thread dedicated to good books for us beginners, who may not understand all the technical terms right now.
