Is it a sealed system? If not then it could be whipping, sloshing, cavitating or something in the reservoir. If it's sealed then it's sucking through something. And that should be a short route to check. Just the suction line, filter and tank right? I'm not a hydraulic specialist just fixed a few things in the woods😄 I know our 648s will just loosen the filter out of the blue and the hydro ax's are sealed and act completely different. It's like electrical. Frustrating! Good luck and happy cutting.

Welcome aboard delimberrl.
How does the problem appear ? Foam or bubbles in the tank ? How does it affect the functions of the machine ?
Closed center hydraulic system or load sensing ?
Make sure you know how to fall properly when you fall and as to not hurt anyone around you.
Also remember, it's not the fall what hurts, its the sudden stop. !!

Worked for a guy who had either a propac or denharco. Can't remember which anyway there was a cylinder which had a hose fitting welded to the tube from the factory which was an on going problem cracking

Yes its a sealed system and pressurized and yes I have changed all parts or pieces that could let air in. Ordered new hydraulic pumps today hopefully that is really the prob..... Just don't make sense. And yes closed center its a Hitachi pump no diff than any other on a JD exc...thanks

Buddy of mine has a TJ 608 and it has a line to the hydro tank that the air runs through to keep pressure in the tank. his has a check valve to keep the hydro from running back to the engine when shut off. few weeks ago he walked it out to the landing to change some teeth, he shut it off to do the work and when he went to start it backup, he didn't know the check valve had failed and filled a cylinder with hydro. Well, I guess you know the rest of the story.
I guess where I am going with this is, it may have something to do with a charge system pumping to much air in???? but your machine may not have any such thing anyways.
