which do most preferr bear paw or diamond studded? Thanks

Ed_K

Both, paw's on front, diamond's on back. best of both worlds.

I would agree with Ed K. Rings up front and Ice chains on the rear. This with the proviso "wear what ya brung". If you got a great deal on a used set then whether ring or ice I'd make those work. Buying new you get exactly what you want!

I put the a heavier set 5/8 chain of bear paws on the front to add weight it helps with steering and keepint the nose on the groung when pulling big hitches. I run bear claws all around for now and will be switching to eco tracks when these chains are done. The eco tracks are more money but far better than chains. http://youtu.be/nejzVj17CwY
